How booking with us works
No small print you have not been told at the chair: book ahead where you can, arrive on time, and expect the final price to be confirmed at your consultation.
Booking
We recommend booking at least one day in advance to secure the time you want. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we cannot guarantee a chair.
A booking is confirmed when an artist replies and confirms it — not when you send the form. The form on this site opens WhatsApp with your message; it does not reserve a slot on its own.
Arriving late
The studio runs a strict no-late policy. Arriving more than 30 minutes late cancels the appointment automatically, and rescheduling carries a penalty fee.
This exists so that the person booked after you is not pushed back. If you are running late, message the studio and we will tell you whether the slot still works.
Prices
Every price on this site is the studio's published price for that treatment, shown exactly as the studio publishes it. Prices that read “from” are starting prices.
The final price is confirmed at your consultation, because it depends on the work in front of us — brow correction over old pigment, the density of a lash set, or the length of a nail extension. Nail prices are not published here at all; message the studio for the current menu.
Whether a treatment suits you
Every treatment starts with a consultation and a medical history form. We will not carry out microblading or shading during pregnancy or while breastfeeding: hormonal changes raise the risk of infection and change how pigment heals.
If a consultation shows a treatment is not right for you, we will say so and suggest what is. We would rather lose the booking than do work that will not heal well.
Aftercare and results
How a result holds depends on aftercare as much as on the work. The first week after a brow treatment, and the first hours after lash extensions, decide most of it — the rules are on each treatment page and we go through them with you before you leave.
Semi-permanent means semi-permanent: brows last between one and three years depending on skin type and aftercare, and they fade. Lash extensions shed with your own lash cycle and need infills.
Photographs
We photograph work for the studio's portfolio and social accounts, and we ask before we shoot and before we post. You can decline, at any point, without it affecting your treatment.
This website
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to the studio. Opening hours, prices and the treatment menu are correct at the time of writing and can change — the studio's WhatsApp and its Google listings are the current word on all three.
Anything unclear, ask before you book — lashxtendhk@gmail.com or message the studio. See also our privacy page.
