Brow Treatments
Microblading, shading and combination brows — what each one is, and who it suits.
We specialise in three premium semi-permanent brow techniques, each tailored to different skin types and aesthetic goals:
Microblading
Fine, natural-looking hair strokes that mimic your own brow hairs. Ideal for sparse brows wanting a realistic, makeup-free finish.
Microshading (Ombré Brows)
A soft, powdery pencil-like effect using pin-like pigment dots. Great for all skin types, especially oily skin.
Combination Brows
The best of both worlds — hairstrokes at the front blending into soft shading at the tail. The most dimensional result.
Microblading
Uses a fine bladed needle to deposit pigment underneath the skin in hair-like strokes. Creates a realistic, feathery brow that mimics natural eyebrow hairs. Best for dry to normal skin.
Microshading
Uses pin-like dots of pigmentation to create a soft, powdered eyebrow look — like a brow pencil or powder fill. Ideal for all skin types, especially oily skin. Results last longer.
Semi-permanent brows are a smart, long-term investment in your beauty routine:
More affordable than buying brow products year after year
Wake up with perfect brows — zero effort every morning
Saves 10–15 minutes daily from your makeup routine
Smudge-proof in rain, gym, pool, and humidity
Results last 1–3 years depending on skin type and aftercare
The answer is No.
It is not safe to undergo microblading or microshading during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Hormonal changes during pregnancy can increase the risk of infection and affect how pigment heals in the skin. We strongly advise waiting until after breastfeeding is complete before booking.
We apply a
professional-grade anaesthetic cream
to the brow area prior to starting the procedure — this significantly numbs the area. Most clients report feeling only mild pressure from the tool or a light scratching sensation rather than actual pain. The procedure is considered
essentially pain-free
for the vast majority of clients.
Lash Extensions
Whether extensions damage your own lashes, and why the artist matters more than the price.
Eyelash extensions will
never damage your natural lashes
when applied correctly by a certified professional using proper technique and premium-quality products. The key is choosing a trained, experienced lash artist — which is exactly what you get at LashXtend. Always ensure your technician:
Is professionally trained and certified
Applies extensions with correct isolation technique (1 extension per natural lash)
Uses medical-grade adhesive and high-quality extension fibres
Never over-weights lashes with extensions too heavy for your natural hair
Wrong techniques and bad-quality products can poke and irritate your eyes, cause discomfort during the procedure, and
permanently damage your natural lashes.
At LashXtend, every lash artist is trained to international standards, and we use only certified, skin-safe adhesives and fibres. Your eye health is never worth compromising for price.
Follow these care rules to maximise retention and keep your lashes looking full for as long as possible:
01
No water for 5 hours
After your appointment, keep lashes completely dry for a minimum of 5 hours to allow adhesive to fully cure.
02
Do not use a lash curler
Lash curlers can kink, break, and pull out your extensions. Your lashes already have a beautiful curl — embrace it.
03
No rubbing or pulling
Always pat dry and be gentle. Rubbing your eyes — especially while sleeping — is the number one cause of premature shedding.
04
No oil-based products near the eyes
Oil breaks down the adhesive bond over time. Avoid oil-based makeup removers, eye creams, and cleansers around the lash line.
05
Clean with lash foam cleanser every 3 days
Regular cleaning prevents product and oil buildup at the lash base, which can weaken the bond and cause irritation.
Aftercare
The first week decides how the pigment settles. This is what to avoid.
The first 7 days are critical for pigment retention and proper healing. Avoid:
No Water on Brows
First 3 days
Do not wash, swim, or let water touch the brow area for the first 3 days. Moisture disrupts pigment settling.
No Heavy Sweating
Full first week
Avoid gym workouts, saunas, and hot yoga. Sweat opens pores and can push pigment out before it heals.
No Brow Makeup
Full first week
No pencils, powders, or creams on the treated area until fully healed. Makeup can introduce bacteria and affect colour.
