What we do with your details

Short version: we take bookings by WhatsApp, phone and email, we keep what you send us so we can reply and book you in, we never publish a photograph of you without asking, and we sell nothing to anyone.

   This website collects nothing

   There is no sign-in, no shopping basket and no analytics on this site. Nothing you type into the booking form is sent to us by the website itself.

   The form writes a message and opens WhatsApp — or your email app — with it. You read it, and you decide whether to send it. Until you press send in that app, we have not seen anything.

2. 02

   What we hold when you get in touch

   When you do message us, we hold what you sent: your name, the number or email address you wrote from, the treatment you asked about, and any preferred date or note. That lives in the studio's WhatsApp account, phone, or at lashxtendhk@gmail.com.

   We use it to reply, to book you in, and to recognise you when you come back. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the studio.

3. 03

   Consultation notes

   Semi-permanent makeup starts with a consultation and a medical history form, because pigment goes into skin and some conditions rule a treatment out. Those notes stay in the studio and are used for your treatment and your touch-up — nothing else.

4. 04

   Photographs

   Every client photograph on this site, on Instagram, on Facebook and on TikTok is published with the client's consent. We ask before we shoot and before we post.

   If you would rather not be photographed, say so at the appointment — it changes nothing about your treatment. If a photograph of you is already up and you want it down, message us and it comes down.

5. 05

   Google, WhatsApp and the social platforms

   Our reviews, ratings and map come from our Google Business listings, and the map on each studio page is an embedded Google map — Google will see that your browser loaded it, under Google's own privacy terms.

   Messaging us on WhatsApp means WhatsApp carries that conversation under Meta's terms. Leaving a review on Google publishes it under Google's. We have no control over either, and we cannot delete a review for you.

6. 06

   Asking us to delete something

   Message or email the studio and ask. We will delete the conversation, your contact details and your photographs from our own accounts, and tell you when it is done. We will keep a treatment record only where we are required to.
