Follow these care rules to maximise retention and keep your lashes looking full for as long as possible:

No water for 5 hours

After your appointment, keep lashes completely dry for a minimum of 5 hours to allow adhesive to fully cure.

Do not use a lash curler

Lash curlers can kink, break, and pull out your extensions. Your lashes already have a beautiful curl — embrace it.

No rubbing or pulling

Always pat dry and be gentle. Rubbing your eyes — especially while sleeping — is the number one cause of premature shedding.

No oil-based products near the eyes

Oil breaks down the adhesive bond over time. Avoid oil-based makeup removers, eye creams, and cleansers around the lash line.

Clean with lash foam cleanser every 3 days

Regular cleaning prevents product and oil buildup at the lash base, which can weaken the bond and cause irritation.
